About Normal Community
Normal Community High School is a comprehensive public high school located in Normal, IL. The school provides students with a strong academic foundation and offers a wide range of athletic programs for both boys and girls. Among the sports offered are basketball, football, soccer, track and field, cross country, swimming, and volleyball. In football, the Ironmen compete in the Big 12 Conference and have a strong rivalry with cross-town rival Bloomington High School. In basketball, the Ironmen also compete in the Big 12 Conference and their rivals include Normal West High School and Bloomington High School. The school is a member of the Illinois High School Association which oversees the state championships for all sports. Normal Community High School boasts an impressive athletic program that has produced many talented athletes over the years and continues to provide opportunities for student-athletes to excel both on and off the field.
